Faculty/Staff: Texas A&M has three full time staff who live and work in Italy year round. Professor Paolo Barucchieri is the director of the Santa Chiara Study Center. He also teaches a course in Arts and Civilization, which all students are required to take. Professor Barucchieri directs field trips and study tours to provide students with a rich learning experience while in Italy. A small staff assists Professor Barucchieri in conducting most of the daily tasks of the Center, from coordinating meals to arranging the next semester's academic program.
