Meredith joined the Study Abroad Programs Office as a peer counselor in January of 2011. She has studied abroad with Texas A&M in Berlin, Germany.

Meredith is currently a Freshman international studies major with a Europe regional focus and Politics and Diplomacy emphasis. She intends to graduate in 2014 and continue on to graduate school thereafter.

If she could give any advice to students considering studying abroad it would be to not hold back on such an invaluable experience. Never be discouraged by lack of familiarity with international travel, price, or a major that has nothing to do with international interests. Study Abroad is for everyone and anyone who wants to take advantage of the opportunity to see more of the world.
