Both A&M students going to a foreign institution and students from our partner universities planning studies at A&M should be in contact with an advisor who is familiar with the exchange programs. Please do not submit application materials without first consulting your exchange advisor.

Outgoing Reciprocal Exchange Students

Note:  Administrative Fee for all Outgoing Reciprocal Exchange Programs: 
$510.00 (semester or year long exchange)
$360.00 (summer exchange programs)

I. Outgoing University-Wide Application

-  March 1st for fall semester and year-long exchanges
-  September 15th for spring semester exchanges

Download and complete the Outgoing University-Wide Application if you are an A&M student applying for an exchange program to one of these universities: Lancaster University, Universität Tübingen, Université de Lausanne, Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (also called Tec de Monterrey or ITESM), Universidad de las Americas (UDLA), Osaka University, Universidad San Francisco de Quito, Université de Caen, Soonchunhyang University or  National University of Singapore.

Once completed, turn the application in to the Study Abroad Programs Office, 1st Floor Bizzell Hall West. If you have questions about the application process, please contact Orie Varner in Study Abroad Programs.
